The Indigo Girls are touring with the Lilith Fair 2010!
Indigo Girls Amy Ray and Emily Saliers have announced that they will be present at the female music festival’s performances in New York, N.Y.; Hartford, Conn.; Washington, D.C.; Raleigh, N.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Atlanta, Ga.!
Though recording artist Sarah McLachlan is the only artist who will be at every show, the full line-up (below) is massive! Recently announced additions to the femme fest include Queen Latifah and Carly Simon.

The Indigo Girls are taking to the streets – to find volunteers to take to the streets!
The duo posted the following on their website, looking for “street teamers”:
Indigo Girls are busy touring through the country, and we need volunteers to help make the shows a success. If you are interested in being a street team member to help distribute posters and fliers in your hometown, please email igstreetteam@gmail.com.
Here are the details:
1. We will give volunteers a free pair of tickets and one free t-shirt.
2. If you are interested, please notify us as soon as possible. Street team slots are very limited and first come first serve.
3. The subject line must start with your CITY (very important) and please only select cities listed below.
4. Please provide us with your mailing address.
5. You will be notified immediately if you are selected to join.
